Return Window

We accept returns within 15 days of the delivery date. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

Eligible Returns

  • Items with manufacturing defects or damage upon arrival
  • Items that do not match the product description
  • Incorrect items received

Non-Eligible Returns

  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Items damaged due to improper use or accidents
  • Items with removed labels or altered packaging
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Items returned without prior authorization

How to Request a Return

  3. Wait for our return authorization and shipping instructions

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 2–3 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (PayPal or credit card).

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or our error. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we are happy to arrange an exchange. Please contact us within 15 days of delivery.
